Chris is a co-founder of Project77 and leads the firm’s AI-readiness practice, helping organizations turn messy data, manual reporting, and unclear workflows into AI-ready decision systems. As a seasoned strategy and data analytics consultant, he guides organizations to breakthrough results with a data-informed approach that integrates change management, agile development, improvement science, and innovative design. His expertise is underpinned by a rich history of analyzing complex datasets and crafting strategic initiatives across a diverse range of industries, including sports analytics, e-commerce, life sciences, education, and the non-profit sector. Most recently he has supported generative AI implementations from strategy through adoption.  He holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BA in the Science in Society Program from Wesleyan University.
